Last July, 2025, my wife and I were injured in a car accident. We sustained significant personal injuries and our car was totaled. I would give Pazzaglia Law 10 stars if I could. After a very bad accident I went to a lawyer that had lots of commercials and billboards, that got me nowhere. Never spoke to the lawyer an 2 aides that could not remember me or my accident. By chance I reached out on Facebook for advice for a good personal injury lawyer. My son and I both found our way to Dave Pazzaglia's law office. From day one he was always available to talk with me and help me through the process. I explained how important transparency was with me, so I always knew what I was expecting. Transparency, friendliness, professionalism was what me and my son received during every interaction. I have a huge personality and I am sure I can be overwhelming to some especially when dealing with trauma. My personality was met with compassion and understanding. I am beyond pleased to have been referred to Pazzaglia law! Dave has gone above and beyond after a nasty car accident back in June where I got pretty badly hurt. He had called and checked up on me almost every day, he had helped me with some medical issues causing me to get bypassed by the attending surgeon who was going to initially preform surgery on me.. lucky Dave talked me through everything calming my anxiety so much so I didnt make myself sick with a viable solution to the matter. I truly believe that he has one of the biggest hearts and he truly cares about each and everyone of his clients I have never seen an attorney so delegated and willing to help on so many different levels. I also appreciate his paralegal Kyle who had taken the initiative to help as well and always keep me up to date with what I need to do next. This year, I have had an injury take place at work where I have injured my right knee. I injured my right knee by having another employee hit me from the back while I was on a tugger and slammed my knee on a metal plate. Dave grew up in Southeastern Connecticut and attended Saint Bernard High School. He received his bachelor’s degree at Salem State University graduating cum laude where he played NCAA Ice Hockey. He subsequently received his J.D. at the Massachusetts School of Law.
