A Festive Community Tradition We’re Proud to Support
The holiday season in East Lyme always brings a special kind of magic, and one of the most beloved traditions is the Niantic Jingle 5K. This year marks the 13th annual celebration, taking place on Saturday, December 13th, 2025, at beautiful McCook’s Park in Niantic. As proud local supporters, the Pazz Injury Law family is excited to help kick off one of Connecticut’s top road races and a highlight of our shoreline community.
Whether you’re running, walking, or jingling your way through the streets, this event brings together families, athletes, and neighbors for a day of holiday cheer and community spirit.
A Race That Makes a Difference
The Niantic Jingle 5K is more than a road race, it is a meaningful fundraiser supporting the Brian Dagle Foundation and Brian’s Healing Hearts Center for Hope and Healing. The foundation is dedicated to helping grieving adults and promoting community education on suicide prevention and awareness.

Event Day Details: What You Need to Know
Registration:
- Opens at 8:30am
- Online registration stays open until 15 minutes before race time
- Day-of registration available onsite
- Early Packet Pick-Up: Friday, December 12th, 9am–5pm at the East Lyme Community Center, 41 Society Rd, East Lyme
Race Schedule:
- 9:00am – Costume Contest
- 9:30am – Contest winners announced
- 9:45am – Participants begin lining up
- 9:55am – National Anthem
- 10:00am – Race begins!
- 11:00am – Awards ceremony for top finishers
And yes… everyone who crosses the finish line gets a medal!
Expect holiday energy all around, including a DJ, food trucks, and a visit from Santa himself.

With crowds growing every year, carpooling is strongly encouraged. Local parking options include:

- Main Street Niantic

Rated as one of the Top 11 Connecticut Road Races, the Niantic Jingle 5K combines a flat, scenic shoreline route with a warm and festive atmosphere. Last year welcomed over 1,400 participants of all fitness levels, from seasoned runners to families pushing strollers.
